Customer Terms & Conditions

It is advised customers read the Terms and Conditions before booking work with me.

    • Prices are only valid for 30 days, these may change outside of this timeframe, and this out of our control.

    • Full upfront payment is required where the quote is less than £100. If the project is quoted over £100, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required before the work will begin.

    • We kindly inform you that our company policy requires full payment before we can proceed with the production of any printed items.

    • All payments can be made through bank transfer, however we also offer PayPal too.

    • All projects will receive final invoices once the work is completed, a 30 day payment period is applicable. Eloise Creative will retain the rights to all designs until full payment is received. You will not own any designs until full final payment is received.

    • If you change your mind before the work has begun, a 25% cash back on your deposit can be offered.
      However, if the design process has begun, refunds will not be issued. No refunds will be issued for printed items.

    • Eloise Creative will not be held liable for spelling mistakes or changes required after printing. Please ensure you thoroughly check your design prior to printing. Customers will have opportunity to see the final artwork before printing. Files will not be sent into production until written consent is received from the client.

    • We use an external printing service to be able to offer the best quality, extra finishes and products for you. Please allow time to check your prints once they have arrived. We cannot be responsible for missing items or production issues, however I will offer my support to rectify any issues, should they occur. Please note where re-prints are required for any reason, at least 72 hours is required, but this does not not guarantee re-prints in this time.

    • Feedback and amends should be sent back to me within 3 days, feedback received later than this may result in delays.

    • Final artwork should be signed off by the client within 14 working days of the prints being required, but ideally sooner.

    • In a rush? Where a quick turn around is required an additional fee can be added. Please get in touch to find out more.

    • Please provide all content for each product in a google sheet or word doc. These should be clearly organised and marked for what item they are for and spell checked prior to sending to us. Images can be sent through WeTransfer or Google Drive.

    • Your designs may be featured on our website and social media platforms, please let us know if you would like to opt out of this.

    • 2 rounds of amends and small changes are allowed per project. If you require more changes or decide to change your project requirements/brief, further charges may be incurred.

    • Please send feedback and amends via email and within 3 days of receiving designs to avoid delays.

    • It is essential that all supplied content is throughly checked prior to sending to us. Changes to content should be avoided.
